SECURITY

Email Security, Dark Web Monitoring & Security Awareness for Real-World Attacks

Most attacks start with one click or one reused password. We combine modern email defenses, dark web intelligence, and practical training to transform email and people from weak points into strengths.

Modern Email Protection for Modern Threats

We deploy advanced controls tuned to Microsoft 365 to combat:
– Phishing and impersonation
– Business email compromise (BEC)
– Malicious links and attachments
– Suspicious sign-ins and risky access patterns

Dark Web Monitoring for Leaked Credentials

We continuously monitor for credentials linked to your domains and help you:
– Identify impacted accounts
– Enforce resets and stronger authentication
– Reduce the risk of account takeover and lateral movement.

Security Awareness Employees Will Actually Engage With.

Short, focused training and phishing simulations that teach people how to spot and stop attacks, without shaming or overwhelming them.

FAQ

Any effective email security will occasionally flag or hold a legitimate message, but we
configure policies and allow lists to keep that to a minimum. Users can release or report
messages when needed, and we tune the system based on real-world patterns.

Users receive digest emails or can access a self-service portal (depending on
configuration) to review quarantined messages. If a message is legitimate, they can release
it with a click; if not, it can be safely deleted.

Monitoring is continuous. When new exposures are detected, we alert you and
recommend specific actions—such as targeted password resets, MFA changes, or awareness
reminders.

Training is designed to be short and focused—small sessions and bite-sized modules that
can be completed without major disruption. The goal is to build habits over time, not
overwhelm people with long courses.

Microsoft 365 is our primary focus, but if you’re on another platform, we can review your
setup and let you know whether we can support it as-is or whether a migration or change
would make more sense long term.
